Refund Policy

Consultation Packages

Fees paid for consultation packages (1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, or the couple package) are for the personalized diet planning and follow-up support described at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel before your first consultation session, contact us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After the first consultation has been conducted, fees are non-refundable as the personalized plan has already been prepared.

No-Shows & Rescheduling

Missed appointments can be rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect eligibility for rescheduling within the same package.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
